Flow of the component:Install Joomla and go to Installers – Components and install the new component SCORMGo to Components – SCORM – New objectYou see a drop down box where the SCORM standard version can be chosen (there are 3 standards)You see a text box with a button: find the SCORM package on your pcYou see a text box: Name of packageYou see a check box: Do you want to track this object?SaveGo to Components – SCORM – Listed packagesYou see a list of all the imported packages with Name, SCORM version, tracking yes/noAnd there is a check box at the beginning of each. If you check one of the check boxes you can:Edit (Name, tracking yes/no - Save) and Delete this package (Are you sure? Yes/no)Go to Components – SCORM – TrackingYou can get a list of 1. Names or 2. Users that have records from a package.You see a drop down box where all the Names of the packages are listedWhen you select one of them – all users that have taken this package are listed. It is possible to filter the records by date and some of the other variables in scorm standard. Tracking values for 1. Name and 2. Users can be exported for Excel.Go to Main Menu in Joomla - make a new link to the component – SaveOpen the link again and select the Name of the package from a drop down box- SaveWhen clicking the new menu item in the front end of Joomla - the package/e-learning object is shown.
